Compass360 has been working with the LCBO since we opened our doors in 1993. In that time we’ve worked collaboratively with them on a variety of corporate communications, helping them articulate their commitment to being a customer-focussed retailer with a strong sense of social responsibility.

For over 15 years we’ve been shaping and producing LCBO’s employee newsletter, the Exchange. It’s a connector that carries the LCBO’s brand identity internally. The Exchange shares employee stories and describes how individual LCBO locations find ways to support their community in the interests of good corporate citizenship.

We’ve also developed a number of the LCBO’s annual reports, as well as comprehensive advertising campaigns, including instore promotion.

Brand isn’t only outward facing – it also reflects and defines internal culture.
